This years SHUGC league 1 Scratch Championship has been won by Telford Golf Club.

The team of four who achieved this magnificent feat were Gary Turner … Kieran Nickless … Jonathon Houlston and Captain James Showell.

Playing Burghill Valley in the 36 hole final at Lilleshall they finished 4.5 – 3.5 winners against a team of very talented players.

A  Repeat of a history making achievement last achieved 26 years ago so now we are are a run,  it’s the second time in Telford’s 39 years existence we have won this prestigious event!
