Order Of Merit 2018

Division one is currently being led by Chris Bufton. Chris has won the division 3 times this season so far. Andy Palmer is in second place so for not missing a single event on the Order Of Merit Calendar. Jon Houlston in 3rd will hope to continue the fine form that he has been in and cement his place in the OOM Play Off. Points are up for grabs and plenty of players could make a push in the last 3 months of the season.

Division 2 is being very hotly contested. Graham Wright has been back and forth to division 2 and 3. He currently leads from Neil Grove who is not that far behind. Mike Houlston is in 3rd spot. he has one one week in the second division but due to not missing a single week on the OOM calendar has collected a lot of points. The chasing pack are all still with touching places of the play off spots also.

(Just to clear up the points awarded are the same due to winning the respected divisions they played in that week and why Graham and Neil have the same points for some weeks).

Division 3 has some new names at the top which is great to see. Paul Morris leads the way to date and has won the division twice and also had a runners up place. Jim Hollins handicap has dropped significantly and this is showing in the points he has scored this season so far. Hopefully he can maintain the form through to the end of the season. Lee Crow started the season off strongly, however not scored as well in recent weeks. Dave Worton is in the play off places having moved up from the second division following a handicap change. Dave won the Club Foursomes and seems to be scoring well. Kevin Mackenzie would be in the play off spots if he had not had two NR in medal rounds costing him 50 points for each and losing ground on others in the division.

Plenty of points up for grabs in the last three months of the season with Playoff spaces a long way from confirmed.
