For the second week in a row we played our golf from the white tees!

With the course a lot more playable now it was at last a day to for the 50 competitors to really enjoy, although the place did play long again there was some run on the ball and with the county decision to allow clubs to play preferred lies on the fairways until the end of May mud on the ball was not much of a problem.

This year the trophy was won by Sam Pitchford who has proved that turning into a senior golfer just a few weeks ago does sometimes improve your game as Sam has won 3 times since becoming of age!

With a score of 35 points he edged out Nigel Saville 34 points and Derek Morris 33 points who both must have played well on the day.
